Step outside and into a new way of healing. My Walk & Talk Therapy sessions combine the power of movement with the grounding energy of nature to support your emotional wellbeing. As we walk side by side through a peaceful outdoor setting, energy is given the space to shift and flow, helping you process thoughts and feelings more freely. I hold a safe, non-judgemental space, simply listening and supporting you as you share what’s on your heart. It’s therapy with fresh air, gentle movement, and the added benefit of light exercise, nourishing both your mind and body.
